High tech equipment allowing for tight specifications and large production runs. Can meet tolerances of up +/- 0.00015” (4 microns). Our Trumpf Trulaser 3030 laser cutter creates extremely smooth cutting edges that are micro-burr-free. It can process workpieces weighing up to 1,980 pounds with a maximum sheet thickness of up to 25 mm (depending on material). Donal’s Zeiss Contura CMM has a repeatability of 0.00004” (1 micron).
